I had an incredible time at Pinthaliya Resort surrounded by lush vegetation and a serene atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, though there were minor issues that didn’t overshadow my experience. The staff was exceptional, especially the manager, who went out of his way to ensure everything was to my liking. However, I did encounter a few issues when it came to luggage handling during transport, which was disappointing.
